AWAY/SLEEP MODE
Since you can't and probably don't want to be in front of PC all the time, you can place MultiView in sleep mode. MultiView allows you to set up X10 motion sensors with your cameras. As soon as motion is detected, MulitView activates and starts saving snapshots (up to 1 second intervals) from the camera. Since MultiView is customizable, you can set the software to take as many snapshots as you want per motion detection. For example, you can set MultiView to take snapshots every 2 seconds for 20 seconds once motion is detected. Then when you are at your computer, simply click on a button to view all the images!

* Please note that X10's PC Receiver (MR26A) is required to utilize MultiView's Motion Detection Features.

Kit Features

PC Video/USB Adapter
The PC Video Adapter allows you to connect any X10 camera to your PC so you can view live video on your computer. It contains a USB connector on one end (plugs into the USB port on your PC) and RCA cable on the other end. Simply plug the RCA cable into the Video Receiver for wireless cameras such as the XCam2 or directly into the camera for wired cameras such as the Anaconda or NightWatch2.

FireCracker Computer Interface
No bigger than a Fig Newton, this interface plugs in a serial port in the back of your computer. X10's through-port design allows you to plug another device into the back of the interface. This interface allows you to use the MultiView Software for home automation - turn on or off lights and appliances remotely! (Requires X10 lamp or appliances modules)

Works with X10's Firecracker Home Automation Kit! Use MultiView to turn on and off your appliances remotely and watch it happen from your PC. Not enough light in a room for your camera? Simply click a button and turn on the light in that room! (Requires a PC interface and lamp module)
